I am a chemist and regulatory specialist with over fifteen years of experience at the interface of R&D, product safety, and EU regulatory compliance. I support companies placing chemical and cosmetic products on the EU market by translating complex legislation into clear, defensible, and inspection-ready regulatory documentation grounded in scientific risk assessment.

Integration

From scientific research to applied product safety

My academic background includes two Master’s degrees in Organic Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences and a PhD from Utrecht University, followed by senior R&D roles in industry at companies such as Hygeniq and Synerlogic. Across research and product development, regulatory compliance and safe-by-design principles were integral parts of my work from early formulation to market release.

Through ChemSafeFuture, in collaboration with TPC-Advies, I support companies with EU SDS and CLP compliance, CLP classification and label review for EU importers, ADR classification and transport documentation, and EU cosmetic safety assessments (CPSR, PIF, CPNP). By combining in-depth scientific expertise with extensive practical regulatory experience, this collaboration enables robust, workable compliance solutions that are scientifically defensible and aligned with real-world regulatory practice and business realities.
